Booking Conditions

Please read the following conditions carefully.

In the next few paragraphs are listed rights and obligations of both parties.

Your contract with Alagna2000

Your booking is only confirmed once Alagna2000 sends written confirmation via email.

The start date of the contract is the date that appears on the written confirmation.

Important:

please check your confirmation on receipt to ensure your booking is correct.

On receipt of written confirmation, Alagna2000 is committed to providing the holiday booked as specified on the confirmation and the customer agrees to pay the amount due.

In case of cancellation you will be charged for its costs (see details) that will be higher how much more the vacation’s date will be near.

If the reservation is made in the name of two or more persons, the person making the booking and accepts the contract is responsible for the payment of the whole group.

The documentation for the group will be sent to the person who made the reservation, and that person will be responsible for the information to the whole group.

Payment for the booking is required as follows:

35% of the total amount with in 5 days of booking.

The balance will be settled on your first vacation’s day.

Any delay with the deposit payment and the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy

From the moment you make the reservation, for us stat the expenses that increase with the approaching date of arrival.

 If you have to cancel a confirmed booking, you are kindly requested to send it in a writing form (via email).

The cancellation becomes effective from the date of the written notification.

 The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

 If you cancel 60 days before you will be asked 75 euro.

If you cancel between 60 days and 15 days of the arrival, you’ll lose the deposit, which consists of 35% of the full amount of your booking.

If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival you will be required to pay the full amount of the vacation.

During your holiday in case of any disservice, please report them to our staff who will immediately attend, wherever possible, to resolve them.

The person making the booking shall bear the responsibilities arising from their own behavior and the rest of the group’s.
